Crafting is fun for all ages and interests. This blog evolved from researching resources for friends and articles I write as a freelance writer. It is a place to share the information I discovered. Please feel free to leave comments and questions. I am always looking at new projects ideas for family and friends in areas of my own abilities and theirs. Ghost Amigurumi
These ghosts are another product of Gourmet Crochet's, Monster Mash Amigurumi. These were quick and easy to work up and I suspect will be all over my house and several others this Halloween season. The size and simplicity of the pattern make them an attractive option for crocheting for decorations and gifts for the season.
I love the fact that they blend so well into making scenes. These were posed for maximum light. However, until they ship to relatives, they currently are residing on our piano. Surrounded by pumpkins there, they are even cuter than in these photographs. I am going to have to make sure we have our own supply once the family decorations ship. I am thinking about finding or creating a gravestone to go with them and it would make for a great Halloween scene.
For free Halloween patterns please see the Halloween Crochet and Knit Page.

That is cute. You think I need to start on them all ready. lol. I'm a bit slow of a crocheter, but I LOVE crocheting. you come up with the... Not sure what to say. I LOVE your work.
ReplyDeleteIf you get the pattern I can't imagine you would have trouble with it. I am by no means an advanced crocheter.
ReplyDeleteI really like this designers work. I really want her to do a book of dragons, but so far she says there would not be enough buyer interest. Those of you who have visted have seen her dinosaurs and now her Halloween patterns. I really think we need to get her to design some dragons. I am starting a campaign here. :)
That of course should read designer's work. So much for my freelance writing work.
