Crafting is fun for all ages and interests. This blog evolved from researching resources for friends and articles I write as a freelance writer. It is a place to share the information I discovered. Please feel free to leave comments and questions. I am always looking at new projects ideas for family and friends in areas of my own abilities and theirs. My Life Sundress
I try to return to patterns that haven't been used in a while and rotate them back into the donation unless there is a really good reason I stopped making them. Most of the time, I just lose track of patterns so I've been trying to look through binders and pull out more neglected patterns.
This is a Sweet Silver Creations pattern that can be purchased here.
Notes:
I used Bernat Baby Sport yarn for this project with an H hook for all pieces. I did use a g hook to finish around the arms.
The arms for this pattern are formed by ending yarn and then chaining over the ends in the next row. I did something a little different forming the rows without ending the rows. I've never been able to get her method to work for me but my method seems to get the job done.
These are the same shoes as found in the Sailor pattern that I use for most of my 18 inch girl doll patterns that don't include shoes in the pattern.
