Crafting is fun for all ages and interests. This blog evolved from researching resources for friends and articles I write as a freelance writer. It is a place to share the information I discovered. Please feel free to leave comments and questions. I am always looking at new projects ideas for family and friends in areas of my own abilities and theirs. Pig Pilgrim
I didn't go the same route with the Pilgrim pig as I chose for the elephant. I wanted to keep these ami's small and I didn't have a working model for a smaller holiday pig. I stuck with Little Crochet Piggy found here. However, I had made holiday Hello Kitty's on several occasions and I moved from that idea to making my Pilgrim girl pig.
My biggest regret on this pig is that her dress was too short. I was focused on getting the accessories correct and finding colored eyes in my stash, that I somehow completely missed the fact that her skirt was too short when I ended it off. I still think she makes a charming Thanksgiving pig.
