Crafting is fun for all ages and interests. This blog evolved from researching resources for friends and articles I write as a freelance writer. It is a place to share the information I discovered. Please feel free to leave comments and questions. I am always looking at new projects ideas for family and friends in areas of my own abilities and theirs. Jungle Hut
It seems like it has taken me forever to get back to blogging. However, I wanted to post the rest of the pictures for the jungle project and move forward with some other projects I have going.
The hut was part of the free Joann's safari pattern found here. The most challenging part for me were the loops for the hut roof. While the mat trim had taught me the basics, working in tighter quarters on the roof was far more challenging. I was pleased with my finished outcome. If I had more time, I would have liked to make a few additional huts. The roof was time intensive, though.
