Crafting is fun for all ages and interests. This blog evolved from researching resources for friends and articles I write as a freelance writer. It is a place to share the information I discovered. Please feel free to leave comments and questions. I am always looking at new projects ideas for family and friends in areas of my own abilities and theirs. Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you celebrating today. May you have a happy, healthy celebration.
These are the Pilgrim outfits I made for the 2025 donation that will be headed out next week for the Aztec Wishes donation.
Myself and the rest of the crew are already at work on 2026. Once the boxes leave I will set up the donation bags but I already have items beyond the dolls ready to put in them which makes me feel in a good place starting the 2026 year donation drive.
The Our Generation Girl notes are available here the boy here.

Happy Thanksgiving
For all of you here in America, I wish you a happy, healthy Thanksgiving.
I still have one more donation doll post tomorrow for 2023 but these two outfits are going to new homes to be worn for Thanksgiving by the My Life dolls of two daughters of friends we will be seeing today.
Notes: The main outfit dress, with the exception of the collar and apron are from Darski's free We Gather pattern found here.
The shoes and collar are from Adoring Doll's Pilgrim Girl set which includes a dress and accessories I happen to prefer the above. You can purchase that here.
I've tried the bonnet from both and keep making my own. I just don't find the fit of either set works for me.

Happy Thanksgiving
We are starting to get back to interactions for the holidays again. We attended a few craft fairs this fall already and it has been a wonderful experience to see what others are making in person again.
The family I normally send holiday boxes too has been relocating this fall so I held off the Halloween box until next year and didn't make a Thanksgiving box. The last thing you need when you are packing moving box is more stuff. There is always next year.
I wish all of you a very Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving
Well it is certainly not the Thanksgiving we've come to expect but there are certainly many reasons to be thankful this year.
I've decided to start being better about documenting my holiday projects so I can go back and remember what I made when. With that in mind I'm creating holiday posts that help me go back and search out projects that might be repurposed for a new cause.
I made these on Thanksgiving but I added it because I wanted to have it here as a reference when I went to see what I made in future years.
For all of you who stop here I wish you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving.
